Date & Time:
Thu, Nov. 16, 2023
| 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Location:
Online
Description:
Join us on Thursday, Nov. 16 at 11 a.m. (EST) as Franklin's Leadership Center presents “7LevelsDeep” featuring Dr. Michelle Thomas, President of the James Franklin Group (JFG), LLC.
As you reflect on your role as a leader or the role you aspire to hold, consider the following questions: What does leadership mean to you? How would you describe your leadership disposition? What guides your decision making? What are your next steps?
Now dig deeper…
- What are your values?
- What do you stand for and believe in?
- How do you make decisions?
- What values and principles guide your decisions and actions?
- What does leading others mean to you?
In this highly interactive session participants will (1) examine these questions, share their responses and (2) go through a process that takes them 7LevelsDeep - providing them an opportunity to deeply reflect on what they want to do and why it is important to them.
Participants will leave the session with thoughts, ideas and possible changes they can make related to how they lead or to how they might lead. They will have an initial plan to guide their work - what they want to do and why it is important.
